Has anyone ever thought about Azula from a non-psychotic point of view? I mean, I would love to become a psychotherapist just so I could study her character. I don't know, I find her character both beautiful and fearsome, and I think that Bryke and the team did a fantastic job creating her.

I just finished re-watching season 3 and to be honest, I feel a little sorry for Azula. I mean I know she ended up lonely because she was manipulative and an impulsive liar, but for some reason I still feel sorrow for her because of that conversation she had with her hallucinatory mother. Actually, I don't remember what really happened to her after her Katara/Zuko defeat. What do you all think? Leave your comments below!

Finally some new details on LoK have been released. Well...solicited . Kevin Fitzpatrick over at UGO had a chance to talk to the creators of 'Avatar' at their SDCC booth about LoK. Check out the articles section to see what they found out. Here are some excerpts of some of the most interesting (in my opinion) information:

• As mentioned , the cabbage merchant will not appear, but "his legacy will be present in some form."
• On the persecution of Airbenders being compared to the X-Men registration act: "We'll see something like that, but in sort of a different structure."
• It won't cover more mature subject material necessarily, just different mature subjects. "It won't be another war, but a different sort of conflict."

Sounds exciting! I'm stoked to see the new material that they are preparing for us

The Track Team announced it yesterday: they will be scoring LoK! The Track Team co-founded by Jeremy Zuckerman and Benjamin Wynn was the group who scored TLA. I'm so excited to see the new music for LoK. They have yet to release a soundtrack from the original series, but the music for 'Korra' is sure to be amazing!

"The Legend of Korra takes place 70 years after the events of Avatar: The Last Airbender and follows the adventures of the Avatar after Aang – a passionate, rebellious, and fearless teenaged girl from the Southern Water Tribe named Korra. Her quest leads her to the epicenter of the modern “Avatar” world, Republic City – a metropolis that is fueled by steampunk technology. It is a virtual melting pot where benders and non-benders from all nations live and thrive. However, Korra discovers that Republic City is plagued by crime as well as a growing anti-bending revolution that threatens to rip it apart. Under the tutelage of Aang’s son, Tenzin, Korra begins her airbending training while dealing with the dangers at large."

Since we here at the LOK fandom do not have much to go on we must improvise and speculate. I've added some very interesting pics to the LOK gallery done by deviantART artists who are attempting to predict what each character (that we currently know about) looks like. You can view these fantastic pieces of artwork in the gallery for LOK.

In other news: I have added a page for the rumors that are currently floating around for the new series. The confirmed information page is also up and there is some new information available. According to the LOK group on deviantART and AvatarSpirit.net, the series will only be 12 episodes long. This is simply for preliminary reasons, because the studio wants to make sure that the fandom is still 'alive'! So although its almost a year away, make sure you tune into the new series! . Personally I think it will be great to have just 12 episodes. It will give the creators the ability to stay focused on creating the story without the extra 'stress' so to speak of extra episodes. Naturally there's also a bad side to this: less episodes and less 'time' to enjoy, but alas a great story is all I'm looking for .
